2026 Pricing

dEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS
- A 30% non-refundable deposit (based on the total rental fee) and a signed contract are required to secure your date.
- Refundable security deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be returned within 7-10 business days after the event, assuming no issues occur.
- Set-up and teardown must be completed within your rental period.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before the event.
- A $200 cleaning fee applies to all rentals. Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings, decorations, and trash from tables and bins before departure.
- Renter must be 21 years or older, present a copy of valid ID and is present during the entire event.

HOLIDAY DATE PRICING
- Holiday fee of $500 will apply to events booked on major U.S. holidays and select high-demand dates, including but not limited to New Year's Eve/Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
- Holiday pricing will apply when a holiday falls on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or is observed on a weekday.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENT
Special event liability insurance is required for all rentals, naming Vue Country Hall as an additional insured. Proof of insurance must be submitted no later than 10 days prior to the event date. Insurance is available online or through your homeowner’s insurance provider.
